Hi! Those, juice cleanses that everyone speaks so highly about. How healthy is that? At what point would you start to lose muscle mass? How many says do you recommend?

Hi Frances, the body has it's own detox system and juice cleanses aren't necessary and can lead to muscle loss, especially if the juice is just that, and doesn't contain protein. I'd avoid them and just eat a clean, healthy diet with enough protein, good fats, complex carbs from fruits & veggies and drink enough water. This is the only detox you need!
