We also have a range of 30 minute subject-specific ‘follow-up’ calls; topics include eating out in restaurants, pre- or post natal concerns or learning how to read nutrition labels. Each call is tailored to your needs and current knowledge level to allow you to get the most from your personalized plan. Initial Consultation + Personalized Plan + 1 Follow Up Call - $320
The Initial Consultation consists of a phone call – approximately 1 hour long – with an expert Nutritionist. This enables us to assess your goals & aspirations, and get a full insight into how best to personalize your plan. You see, EatStrong don’t provide a “one plan fits all” approach but each plan is based on YOU as an individual. We truly believe that one person can’t follow the same nutritional guidelines as another person, with the same results.
After your Initial Consultation you’ll receive a full nutrition plan, including guidelines and advice based on information received during your call. Within a suitable timeline you’ll receive a 30 minute ‘follow-up’ call. At EatStrong we feel this is essential to your success so we can identify any problems you’ve encountered whilst following the plan and, if needed, make amendments to fit the plan in accordance with your needs. This also allows us to assess if your initial goals were realistic and even address specific questions you may not have thought of during your first call. One common question often asked of the nutritionists at EatStrong is “am I eating too much?”; often because clients expected a very restrictive plan; especially if their goal is to lose weight. We prefer to address these questions, and more, one on one so you feel comfortable with your plan and can rest assured that it will work for you and get the results you’re seeking.
30 Minute Calls - $70
Each of our 30 minute calls give you insight into the topic of your choice and allow you to get answers and ask questions so you feel very confident in the food choices you make.
This 30 minute consultation call gives you exclusive contact with an EatStrong Nutritionist in order to help you to plan your weekly grocery shop so you’re making healthy & nutritious choices. As we all know, many foods that ‘appear’ healthy are often loaded with fillers, trans-fats and hidden ingredients which make them ‘not so healthy’. This call helps you cut through the confusion and gives you a crash course on healthy shopping habits. This call addresses the best aisles in which to shop and good choices from the center aisles of the grocery store; which often contain the less healthy & more processed foods. It’ll also inform you about non-traditional items which should be essentials on your shopping list, how to recognize them and where to find them.
It’s hard to know exactly what to look for on a nutrition label and this 30 minute call with an EatStrong Nutritionist helps you to prioritize what you should be focusing on when choosing foods. As well as addressing the basics of what a ‘good’ label looks like and what to look for in individual categories of foods, the call will address how to look for and avoid foods with Trans-fats and other unhealthy, often hidden, ingredients. Also how different ingredients masquerade under different names and how to avoid these pitfalls. Just one 30 minute call can bring you more clarity when reading labels which can be half the battle won when it comes to eating more healthily.

Whilst it’s true that being pregnant means you should eat more, you’ll learn how much more you really need, what foods are great for you and others you need to avoid. We’ll also cover specific nutrients that are important to both mother & child and in which foods to find them. By the end of this call you’ll feel confident that you’re eating well and nourishing your child as he/she grows.
Package of 5 Follow Up Calls - $325
Some clients benefit from a series of follow-up calls, whether it’s to keep you accountable and on track with your personalized plan, or if you feel you’d benefit from a closer, supportive role from your Nutritionist or whatever the reason. After you’ve had your Initial Consultation call and received your personalized plan, this package is flexible so you can speak to your Nutritionist on a regular basis or just a ‘check-in’ once a month – in other words, it’s flexible so you can decide the timeline; based on your results and how confident you are in your ability to keep your nutrition in check.
Package of 5 NYC Training Sessions - $600
