Sesame Teriyaki Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. Ground 99% lean turkey breast
  • 5 button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup Quaker old fashioned oatmeal
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

Chop onion and mushroom and sauté in olive oil salt and pepper till lightly browned. Add onion, mushroom, to ground turkey along with 2 Tbsp sesame teriyaki sauce, salt pepper and oatmeal and mix together. Form into four patties. Place on tray w/ a dollop of sesame teriyaki sauce on top. Place under broiler. When crispy, flip over and cook until well done.
