Turkey Burger

Ingredients:
- 1lb extra lean ground turkey (or ground chicken)
- ½ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup applesauce
- ¼ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients & shape into patties. Grill or broil until done. Make sure you serve on whole-wheat buns or even serve just with a salad & no bun.
